Product Overview
eSpace SoftConsole is a PC-based soft console powered by IP interaction technology. Integrated with the eSpace UC system, it enables agents to handle incoming calls, place calls on hold, transfer calls, consultative transfers, and conduct three-way conferences.
The Soft Agent Console supports enterprise directory search and speed dialing, displays caller ID with name, and logs incoming, missed, and outgoing calls. It integrates seamlessly with eSpace Desktop and eSpace Mobile clients, making it ideal for receptionists and switchboard operators.
