I was a bit worried about the issues mentioned in the review before buying, so after receiving it, I checked the manual and even printed it out and read it sentence by sentence. I also made small labels on the buttons on the remote control to help with memory. Later on, it kept showing that the remote control could not be connected to the plane. After careful observation and explanation by the customer service, the problem was found and solved. It turned out that the cable was not plugged in correctly. Several customer service representatives patiently replied, which was great. It took a whole morning to charge, study, test fly, and finally felt great when it flew. It was worth it.
