Description
HPE Compute Scale-up Server 3200 server
Powered by 4th Gen Intel Xeon Scalable processors, the HPE Compute Scale-up Server 3200 supports 4-way to 16-way configurations, and uses the RAS design specifications of traditional small form factor computers and a modular partition expansion architecture to provide reliable protection for your critical mission-critical workloads.
Mission-critical x86 servers
support 4th Gen Intel ® Xeon ® Scalable processors
Scalable to meet changing data processing needs
The HPE Compute Scale-up Server 3200 features a modular architecture that seamlessly scales from 4 to 16 in 4-way increments (up to 960 processor cores) in a single system, with support for up to 32TB of shared memory (with support for custom 32-way, 64TB configurations) and three I/O expansion modes. With the modular design of 4 processors and galvanically isolated physical partitioning technology (nPar), an HPE Compute Scale-up Server 3200 can be flexibly partitioned into multiple physical partitions at any time, or combined into a larger partition or a single system as needed. The ultimate scale-up capability reduces the number of nodes required for business processing, thereby reducing the complex data reorganization process, making it more agile and easier to manage, making it the best platform for database applications such as SAP HANA, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server.
Extreme performance and high-speed processing of fast-growing big data business
Compute Scale-up Server 3200 ensures that system performance increases linearly as the size of the system configuration grows.
Powered by 4th Gen Intel Xeon Scalable processors, each processor delivers up to 60 cores and built-in accelerators;®®
Memory-driven computing scenarios are optimized for design. Using 4800MHz DDR5 memory, the memory bandwidth is doubled, each slot has 4 controllers, 8 independent DDR5 memory channels, and 16 DIMM slots;
The fully upgraded low-latency and high-bandwidth interconnection architecture doubles the effective system connection bandwidth.
The PCIe 5.0-based I/O system increases the I/O bandwidth by 4 times, greatly improving the important I/O capabilities of business-critical processing performance.
No-compromise high availability—reliable protection for mission-critical workloads
The HPE Compute Scale-up Server 3200 server delivers the proven RAS capabilities of a small form factor and provides system availability not found on the Xeon x86 standard platform. In the IDC server availability evaluation, it has reached the highest level in the industry – AL4, which meets the requirements of any critical business for continuous operation, and is consistent with the high availability capacity of traditional minicomputers. The “Firmware First” design avoids any disruptions by resolving errors at the firmware layer before they reach the OS layer. Predictive, proactive failure analysis engine that predicts hardware failures and initiates automatic remediation without operator intervention, reducing human error.
Superior security for mission-critical operations
It has a technology-leading system security framework. Reduce the risk of cyber threats and system exposure, and prevent firmware attacks and malware intrusion with firewall management and HPE Trusted Silicone.
Isolate the management network to prevent the host operating system from directly connecting to the management network.
Each chassis is equipped with dual TPM modules, one for system management itself and one for management subsystems;
